Called manager in the week annd arranged a test drive for Saturday. Went in and the car type was not available to test drive. The manager didn’t bother to call me to let me know and we had rearranged our day for this. Saw him at the franchise, coffee in hand, he wasn’t hugely bothered. Won’t be back to this franchise. Spent the money elsewhere.
