Great service and pleasant professional staff.
We recently bought a car from Penrith Mitsubishi, we were served by Salim who was very friendly gave us the best experience.
I wanted to share my great experience with the service team today. I dropped my car off for a quick 1,500 complementary check, and it was seamless. Their courtesy bus was great and the driver was lovely. I was also collected and taken back when the car was ready. The staff were friendly and I had a great first experience. Thanks, team.
I had a VW Amarok purchased from Con, the used car salesman, by nature. Won't buy off him again. I get great service for my Mitsubishi now, they really look after me. Fortunately, it's on Fleetcard, but they do a great job, and they send you a video on what's going on with your car and if you smile nicely you get a ticket to get a cup of coffee and a muffin in their own coffee shop!!
Gave car for service. Poor communication.. they left the car on the street with keys in the locker. No updates from the team about when the service was done and where the locker is located. Really disappointed
