Staff are rude and too young to be running the place. We forgot our knife for the cake and they did not have a spare one only a plastic butter knife. The toilets were filthy we had to ask staff to clean them. We paid $600.00 to have the whole venue to ourselves, machines were turned off at 1.25pm, then at 1.35pm we were told that we need to get out straight away as they had another party at 2pm. I will never be returning to this establishment. Back in October 2023 I had an injury at the centre where I required to have two different surgeries and can now no longer play contact sports. I understand the risks of playing etc and am not upset or angry at the centre for this happening. Where my anger and frustration stem from is the way the owner Wendy handled the situation moving forward.
