I booked an appointment with Penrith Bridal Shop last week for Saturday. They called me on Thursday to confirm, and I clearly told the lady that I would confirm my appointment by Friday (the next day). However, when I called on Friday to confirm, I was absolutely shocked to find out that they had already cancelled my appointment without notifying me at all.
