My visit with Penrad was rad.
The man that did my MRI (Shawn) was great. The young lady that checked me in could use a refresher course in customer service
MRI tech at Hybl was welcoming and informative. Made the uneasiness of having imaging done extremely comfortable!
The check in process is confusing, I stood in a line behind 4 people before finding out MRI check in, is in a corner. Get through that lady that got me checked in and set was nice, but once my MRI tech came to get me, the mood sure shifted. He was very short tempered, snippy with his words and just over all UNKIND. You are only as good as your weakest link. I've had too many MRI studies to count NEVER had a tech made me feel uncomfortable, this man made me want to get up and leave without a test.
