My doctor scheduled the appointment upon my request, it was strictly optional. Penrad sent a message stating that the estimated cost would be sent prior to the appointment, which was scheduled several weeks away. I had my diagnostic mammogram bilateral and ultrasound if needed on May 22, 2024. The tech’s name was Paula and I was very unhappy the way she treated me. I was supposed to have a follow-up in December after a bilateral MRI last June for a mass in my right breast. She asked me why was I having a diagnostic instead of just a screening mamo.
