My doctor scheduled the appointment upon my request, it was strictly optional. Penrad sent a message stating that the estimated cost would be sent prior to the appointment, which was scheduled several weeks away. In my mind I had determined that if it were estimated to cost more than approximately $100, I would just cancel my appointment.
