The absolute worst experience I have ever had had a medical building. Walked in at 9:00 am registered on kiosk. At 10:30still not called back and they were getting overcrowded. I walk in to see what’s going on and I am informed the kiosk were done and nobody was in system. She said she was going to take me back right now. Others waiting overheard and I told them about the kiosk issue and they may want to check with someone at counter. Front desk staff is rude walked in and could tell they were training a new person waited almost 5 minutes before.i was greated and was told sorry it was a 4 hour wait for xrays and no I could not make an appointment. This location is the worst.
Staff was courteous and they saw me quickly. Pretty much exactly what you’d expect from an imaging place like this
X-rays are walk in only. This is an awful policy for people who work. I have been to Pentax four times to try and get one X-ray. Each time I am told they full and I will have to back. I begged for an appointment and was told no. I work outside of the city so it takes a great deal to get back in the afternoon before they close. This is ridiculous. So my option is to go without the imaging. What kind of customer service is that???
It very frustrating as a patient to drive to your clinic and it’s closed before 5. This is the 4 time it has happened at this location. Today it was 2:15 and they were like we are just posting our sign that we are not are not taking anymore patients.
