X-rays are walk in only. This is an awful policy for people who work. I have been to Pentax four times to try and get one X-ray. Each time I am told they full and I will have to back. I begged for an appointment and was told no. I work outside of the city so it takes a great deal to get back in the afternoon before they close. This is ridiculous. So my option is to go without the imaging. What kind of customer service is that???

It very frustrating as a patient to drive to your clinic and it’s closed before 5. This is the 4 time it has happened at this location. Today it was 2:15 and they were like we are just posting our sign that we are not are not taking anymore patients.

I have had to PenRad 3 different times over the years. One time the service itself was so terrible that after I left a 1 star review and complained they actually returned my money for the service to me. The second time was a grueling appeals process only for Penrad to turn around and charge my insurance a different amount than what they told me and are now claiming I owe the cost of the entire MRI and refuse to call me back or provide and paperwork explaining themselves, but they are going to try and push it in to court with... read more

If you want no service, go here! Horrible customer service. The front desk is rude, when they do actually answer the telephone. When I arrived for an X-ray, the receptionist basically discouraged us from waiting for a simple X-ray. We were told we’d get a call back for a subsequent appointment following the X-ray, never received the call. Please go to a different radiology company. We did!
