We had a small ding in the rear fiberglass end cap on our camp trailer. I sent Dan some photos and he responded with what seemed a very fair estimate. We took it in the next week. They called in a few days saying it was done. It was so well done that we couldn’t tell where the repairs were made. Their bill was slightly more than half of the estimated! It is a real pleasure to deal with a competent and honest business.

Dan and PenPac are most likely the best RV repair site I've visited and I've had RVs for 20 years. I have to travel about 300 miles to have them do work, but Dan and his crew are worth every mile. The specialize in Host campers as at one point, Dan was with Host. He knows them inside and out and helped design one or more of their models.

I had a new refrigerator and air conditioner installed in my truck camper at PenPac. I needed it done in a day, and they were able to complete the work in a day, saving me an additional 500-miles in driving. As a bonus, I was able to ship my new refrigerator and AC unit directly to PenPac. When I arrived, my new refrigerator and AC were there ready to be installed.
