Bob is wonderful! He was recommended to us by a colleague. We’ve actually had him inspect two potential houses (the first one fell through because of a bad septic system—always do a septic inspection!) He is super friendly, thorough, quick, and accommodating. We won’t use anybody else and cannot recommend him highly enough!
I was very impressed with the thoroughness of the inspection and the report provided. We were also able to schedule the inspection in a timely manner, which was a priority for me. After the inspection, I felt much more at ease buying this home, and for any concerns that did arise, Bob discussed them with me. A very kind and professional team. I would recommend them again and again!
