I have completely had it with this place, I waited months for an appt that they had rescheduled more than once, when I’m finally seen the Dr did shame me for “not coming sooner” when i literally had no other choice based on the fact they never answer their phone and when they finally do you wait 6+ months for an appt anyways. The front desk woman is unprofessional at a level I cannot even convey through text, every time I come in she is extremely rude to me. I am NEVER seen at my appt time, always 30+ minutes after it, today... read more

Very unimpressed with the administrative staff here, which is very unfortunate since I like the doctor. It took me months to get on a medication because they lost faxes on multiple occasions. I called & They said they had it. I called again a few weeks later to check on the status in which they told me they no longer have the fax with my blood work.
