I recently brought my vehicle in for a routine oil change and left extremely disappointed with the experience. During the visit, I was told that my car had multiple major oil leaks and that urgent repairs were needed. This immediately raised concern, as my vehicle had shown no signs of leaking prior to the appointment—no spots on the ground, no burning smell, and no drop in oil levels.
