You should really rethink about the way you treat customers! This is what my dad posted about my experience and it explains it perfectly! Got a call from my daughter this morning. She had a flat tire, and was at the Pennzoil Lubrication Center in Niceville. They service automobiles!! She went inside and asked if they would change her tire and offered to pay for the service.
