I am extremely disappointed with the service at this dealership. I brought my vehicle in several times for the same exact issue, only choosing this location because it’s the closest to my home. Getting someone on the phone is almost impossible, and communication is consistently poor. After weeks of back-and-forth, my vehicle was supposedly fixed. Instead of a courtesy call, I received more of a threatening call telling me that if I didn’t return the loaner by 8 AM the next morning, I would be charged the daily rental rate. C... read more
Great experience! Service Advisor Susan, Service Mgr Dan and Technician Brian saved my holiday trip to SC at the 11th hour (11:30 on Saturday). The 5th wheel RV was all hitched up but I couldn’t get the RAM to start reliably. Susan said to bring it right over. Brian quickly found that the nut connecting the hot wire to the starter was loose. Dan said, “No charge.” They saved my Thanksgiving holiday with a smile. I think they know that they will have a reliable customer!
