Every time I go in for an oil change I see this girl in the shop, I think her name is Hailee? She is constantly being verbally abused and mistreated, I noticed it months ago and thought it would get handled by management, it did not. On May 9, 2025, around 3 PM, I visited Pennzoil at 08337 M-140 Unity 7 in South Haven, MI, for an oil change on my Jeep. My experience was far from satisfactory, raising significant concerns about customer service and accountability at this location. Upon arrival, I was not greeted. The technician provided instructions from behind my vehicle hood to start the vehicle, Which I do have hearing loss.
