Every time I go in for an oil change I see this girl in the shop, I think her name is Hailee? She is constantly being verbally abused and mistreated, I noticed it months ago and thought it would get handled by management, it did not. She is still constantly being looked down at like she doesn’t know anything, the owners do not care otherwise they would have fired the 2 guys already.
