Hire competent employees!
After years of getting our oil changed there, they stripped the plug on my wife’s car and we lost all the oil. They did put a new plug in it and new oil and gave us a free oil change. The next oil change they trashed the plug again( dropping it ) went to get a new and never told my wife about it or the wait. When she asked about it they told her the plug was not made well and it wears out.( wore out in one oil change ? ) it took over 30 mins to get a oil change and a lot of poor excuses.
