This PENZOIL Location is Clean, Organize, employees well dress. I watched them change my oil....This shop operation with Procedure...Super Job. I will tell all my friends come here....The Manager Don. is very helpful. He asked me would you like to change out your Wiper Blade. I Said No. Cheaper at Auto Parts Store. If I could give them no stars I would. Yesterday made it the 2nd time I get home from this place after having oil change to have oil leaking all over my driveway! Will NEVER to back here.
while the service was fast - i was less than impressed. I have taken my car to a Pennzoil 10 Minute Oil Change Center for years but this was my first time to this location. They make you pull your own car in. The young man seemed very annoyed that i wasn't driving in correctly, I am not a bad driver but i am not comfortable driving my car over a huge hole in the floor - i would much rather they do it for me. This lube shop is very clean and organized that I ever been too..so far. I got my oil change there. Employee were dressed professional shirt tucked in and clean, clean.
