On Feb 8 2021 Went to Pennzoil asked to have fluids checked the guy checked the oil checked transmission fluid said everything was good next day I went to double check windshield fluid empty power steering empty brakes half way empty if someone wants you to check something check all not just oil and transmission I know they can do a good job been going to them for 14 years usually do a great job but this time I was not impressed had to buy and fill most everything I wanted checked please do better the next time I come in. th... read more
RecommendedThis place has been in business for 26 years and they value their customers and they are very responsible people. If they try to sale you stuff it’s because they are just doing their job and I know for a fact they only try to sale you things that you need. It’s a family owned business with good godly family values. Plus also being in a small town I think we as people should try and help each other out instead of tearing each other down.
Fast service. But they always try to sell you things. I'm always bringing other people's vehicles. Very nice people.
Employees need training on LA state laws. He had to measure my tint which is clearly not even close to being illegal. He absolutely refused to measure my tread depth on my tires. He said they would not pass inspection but never even measured them. I went somewhere else and had them measure the tread depth and I still had way more tread than the legal minimum. Not knowing what you are doing is why you work at a lube shop instead of being an actual skilled mechanic.
