I think I'm done with this place. Last two times it took ~45 min, and cost $96 for 5 qt of their middle of the road option. At that amount of time and expense, I may as well do it myself... It would be faster.
This is not even a pennzoil changing place. This is Strickland and they only use Valvoline oil.
