very nice people these people are very nice and polite. they put nice deals sometimes and their service is very excellent. every time if i have any problem, i will take their service.
Very Fast I have stopped at this Express Lube a couple of times to get my Oil changed and every time I have stopped it has been fast and the price has been very fair.
Previous Review Unfair! The previous review is incorrect and therefore unfair. Time-It Lube does not wash your car, they change your oil and then offer you a free drive thru car wash. I believe they previous review intended on rating River Cities Express (next to the US Post Office) the one star rating, not Time-It Lube.
not worth your time or money My problem with this place was they left soap on the rubber that goes around the back of my rear window, causeing it to eventually crack. I wasn't impressed with this place. I could have done a much better job and saved myself the time and money. I wouldn't go there ever again.
Stay away! Damaged oil pan The shop destroyed my oil pan by cross-threading the drain plug. After a lengthy claims process, they determined that they would only cover the cost of rethreading the pan and reimburse for the oil change, not replacing the entire pan. The pan went into the shop fine and should not have been damaged at all, and re-tapping the pan is really only a short-term solution. If they can't replace a drain plug without destroying the oil pan, they should not be in the business of performing oil changes. Stay... read more
Elaine All the people are very friendly and the oil side considers are time they meet you outside at your car to find out what you would like done and they are quick and thorogh. I have met Ralph Hudgins the service manager and head mechanic and he is one of the most honest mechanics I have ever seen. Something was wrong with my car and I was certain of what it was and wanted it fixed. Ralph took the time to show me what was really wrong with my car and saved me a bundle. I would never take my car to anyonelse.
Aaa Lazer Lube is DANGER! DANGER, DANGER, DANGER!!! Pros: 1)Nice people Cons: 1)Overpriced 2)They will install parts WITHOUT permission unless told not to, 3)They do not call when your vehicle is finished. 4)Takes an insane amount of time for them to do anything
Poor service! My wife had the oil changed on May 7, 2010 and when she got home I looked at the receipt. They reported they washed exterior windows and vacuumed interior, but neither the windows were cleaned or carpet vacuumed. The car had 67,000+ miles when it went and they left a sticker that stated the next oil change is due at 68781. $36.21 for ten minute service with poor performance. Will not return!
Fast & Friendly AAA Lazer Lube has been the only place I've had the oil changed in the last several years. They are always very friendly, meet you at your car, work quickly and I love that they offer a discount on Wednesdays to ladies.
