Everyone that we have talked to has always been very friendly and kind and listen to all your concerns and they always answer anything they can to make sure your car is right. I have have been going to them a while now and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Very friendly and it’s my go to place now.

I took my company truck for regular oil service, but when it was time to pay, i told them, my boss was going to pay over the phone, that's when the manager in charge named steven gave me a hard time because he didn't like it, he even said that i should have the credit card with me or some cash to pay for the service. This is the way we always do it because the company that i work for is in Sacramento, guess we are not going back.....,
DONT GO ! They tightened my oil pan bolt with the electric bolt tightner like they use to take the wheels on and off . and im not weak i lift weights all the time just decided to change it myself NO WONDER EVERYONE DOE,S IT THEMSELVES THESE DAY,S ! I STILL CANT GET IT OFF IM GOING TO SUE ! THIS IS TOTAL B/S !!!!!!!!!

ISSUE#1: THEY CHARGE $4 PER QUART. NOT FOR SYNTHETIC. THIS IS ON TOP OF THE $30 OIL CHANGE FEE. $61 FOR A BASIC NON-SYNTHETIC OIL CHANGE. ISSUE#2: TRIED TO ADD ON AN EXTRA HALF QUART OF OIL ABOVE THE ENGINE CAPACITY TO SQUEEZE A COUPLE EXTRA BUCKS. ISSUE#3: MANAGER CALLED ME AN "A--HOLE" WHEN QUESTIONED ON DOING THIS. NO PROBLEM DOING THIS IN FRONT OF OTHER WORKERS AND CUSTOMERS. ISSUE#4: SEVERAL OTHER PEOPLE SAID THEY EXPERIENCE BLATANT ATTEMPTS AT SCAMMING THE CUSTOMER FOR MORE MONEY ABOVE AND BEYOND THE USUAL CAR SERVICE ... read more
