Got my oil change this morning and when I drove off I hear a grinding sound. Drove home parked it. Crawled under bolts loose and still have no clue where the grinding sound is coming from. Let's not forget they didn't take the air hose off my tire and leaving me with no valve covers. This was around 9am this morning.
Attention to detail. Efficient but didn’t rush the service. Suggested services but didn’t press. Cleaned terminal to check battery and didn’t pretend I needed a new one. Cleaned my windshield so well they found small chips I wouldn’t have noticed until they spidered, showed me how to remove cabin air filter so I can don’t myself next time. Most times I go to mechanics for routine maintenance, they try to create problems I don’t have to sell me overpriced services I don’t need like I don’t know better…I call it the little lad... read more
I bring my car here for service and just started taking my truck here for oil change, Last time I took my car for an oil change they offered me the 100,000 mile service. I just went by to have it done and they gave me a mechanic card, they told me they don’t do that… Whatever I just saw their website and they do all kinds of service. The kid that took my information told me the manager on duty told him they don’t do that kind of service he is the one that gave him the card to give to me.
