I took my car here for what should have been a simple oil change, and they overfilled my engine with oil — which can seriously damage a car if not caught. I had to take it to Mazda, where a certified technician confirmed that the oil overfill caused oil to leak into my spark plugs, induction system, and catalytic converters. my car sat there for over a month and they didn't even have the balls to tell me that they weren't going to deal with it instead they kept on telling me someone will get to it soon which never happened and when i finally picked it up out of frustration at not having anything happen with it the battery was dead and because they never fixed the problem that i brought it in for my car stalled on my way to a different mechanic and because the battery was dead i got stuck in the middle of the road
