Honestly don’t know if these people actually do anything. They won’t salt or plow if you don’t get more than 2 inches of snow (as per their contract they say) which means they leave it to accumulate and turn to ice. When they *do* salt or plow they end up skipping whole streets and intersections. I am requesting my HOA look into other options because it is a dangerous mess and it’s going to and almost has caused accidents.
So imagine stepping on a pebble or a stone yea it’s this company trying to deny my rights to have a service dog PSD or ESD.these guys including my bully landlord mark Phillips don’t know about the constitution FHA FHEO ADA and federal law trying to evict me if I get one I’m paying high rent prices where I’m at at shit doesn’t still get fixed around here they don’t care there fake as hell
I have been working with Pennywise Property Management as the Board Vice President/Treasurer of my condominium property for the past three years and overall, my experience has been very positive. I appreciate their online portal; it allows me to track payments, review monthly financials, approve homeowners change requests, and access board documents easily. Unprofessional staff specially front lady. She even don’t know how and who to do email. The man sitting in room he is so rude and weird. So unprofessional penny wise property management.
