I dont mind reaching out to them and normally have no issues man, they never pick up the phone. I always get AS. Says theyre open at 9 and its 957 im still getting AS
Pennywise Property Management has been fantastic to work with! They addressed our maintenance issue promptly and made sure the job was done correctly. Communication was clear, the staff was courteous, and everything was completed faster than expected. Highly recommend them for their professionalism and attention to detail.
I've never had worse company management in my life. I've owned and operated numerous property's and worked with numerous companies and Pennywise is by far the worst. They have NO care in the world for small businesses or people trying to make ends meet. Be ware!
Honestly don’t know if these people actually do anything. They won’t salt or plow if you don’t get more than 2 inches of snow (as per their contract they say) which means they leave it to accumulate and turn to ice. When they *do* salt or plow they end up skipping whole streets and intersections. I am requesting my HOA look into other options because it is a dangerous mess and it’s going to and almost has caused accidents.
