We love Penny's, and have been going here and ordering for several years. My favorites are the BBQ Pork soup and the Lad Nar. One complaint is that recently it seems they have made a new policy of CASH ONLY after 9PM. This can be highly inconvenient when we want delivery. It won't make me stop going to this awesome place, but definitely changes my opinion on their customer service, and sometimes might sway my decision to somewhere else based on convenience.
