Nothing better than being assumed dead and having to pull four different documents to prove it! I don't understand why PA felt the need to make the already difficult process of getting health insurance harder.
This company is very poor at getting back to you when leaving messages, they never follow up on issues, your concerns are left unaddressed and they are constantly overturning coordinators. When your coordinators are switched you are not informed and the new coordinators are not familiar with your case.
