PENNYMAC is a Horrble Mortgage company so many 1 star reviews and they’re all correct. These guys don’t care, they are Rude, Customer ServiceLESS and will get you nowhere. We jus want our monthly statement on time as they says it’s created on the 4th and go out on the 7-13, but we don’t get it until around the 29th of the month due in TWO DAYS, are you kidding me. Just spent an hour and got nowhere, no complaint department and they blame the US postal service, yet I can mail them out payment and they deposit it two days late... read more
