Moved into ur house in May. Our loan was sold to Pennymac after the first month. Sold my old house and put $73,000 extra principal on loan. Pennymac won't drop mortgage insurance without a new appraisal. Very officious and absolutely refuse to be reasonable. Wouldn't use this company for anything in the world, but can't control who your loan is sold to. Beware of this company, extremely poor customer service!
I have owned houses since 1994, moved and refinanced multiple time. Pennymac is the worse. The simple math of escrow befuddles them.
You scumbags refused to work with us for a home modification, threw three disabled people (including a disabled veteran) and two small children out on the street, then left our house to sit and rot until it got sold at county auction for 20k. We were willing to refinance our home at the 79k assessed value but that wasn't good enough. Fuck you assholes, you are nothing but a bunch of thieves. I know this review means nothing but it sure feels good to say something !!
