I love Pennymac, but you can never EVER get anybody live on the phone when you call! I have called them twice in the last two weeks, and there's literally no options to talk to a real person! Very irritating.
Sadly, my new refinance loan was assigned to PennyMac again. These people are terrible - the website is not good, and they SPAM you constantly by phone to market to you. When you try to turn off all the marketing, they put barriers in your way by asking you multiple questions before you can turn it off. This company was founded by former leaders of Countrywide Financial -- the bad lender involved in the 2007/2008 mortgage crisis.
