COMPLETE JOKE. the level of incompetence is laughable. They are a mess and canceled and rescheduled closing on a simple refi countless times due to issues and errors on their end. My husband and I received 15 closing disclosures from them because they couldn't figure out simple math. not to mention, we already hold our mortgage with PennyMac, you would think a refinance would be smooth. 2 months later it's still in the works.
Think twice before you refinance your home with this company, horrible communication, wasted 3 months sending documents and the refinance is in limbo.
Wasted a month with these people doing paperwork because of all of their mistakes and lack of communication. And because of their errors and irresponsible practices, the deal never got done and now you can't even get them to call you back. Terrible service!
