Absolutely amazing. We lost our mother, who died at the young age of 46. My sibling and I were 26, 24, 16. It was so hard to cope with just that, let alone probate, and her estate...it was overwhelming. Penny took us in hand, less than a month after we came to her it was sold, for way more than we could have ever hoped for.
