RecommendedI want to say that they were so kind and compassionate when it came to my poor kitty Maxine unexpectedly passing after her spay. They rushed to get me in when I called in a panic, and took their time to really allow me to grieve and say goodbye. They gave me options and were considerate and helpful. Fully explaining and taking time to call and inform me of every step and their findings. Penny Paws really helped make such a difficult and heartbreaking experience go as smooth and comforting as possible. Highly recommend.

We waited 30mins past our appointment time until they called us a room was ready. I was literally about to drive off and go home. Carol was very friendly and thorough with pricing and description of everything, but it was another hour before they even took our dog back for shots. By then our dog was so stressed she wouldn’t let them do anything. She got her rabies and parvo shots fine but the bordetella they were trying to put through the nose and she wouldn’t tolerate that. I had only one of my dogs with me and was told to go get my other dog to be treated for tapeworm I was quoted and tying the paper for a price and when I got back with my other dog they wanted more than double the price after I sign the quote I knew this was going to happen. That's why I didn't bring up my other dog in the first place watch out scam you for money. and they love the show for your dogs when you're walking out it's obviously fake and they get paid and they're told to do that
