Following up ... we received a replacement bouquet for the travesty received previously by my mother, sent to her in the hospital from an out-of-town family member. The new arrangement was not as nice - and immediately, within a couple of days began to dry up (has plenty of water). A family member from Southern California sent flowers to my hospitalized mother through Penny & Lulu. The vase arrived cracked, water leaked out, and the flowers died within a day. We left a message—no response.
