The salon was very understanding when I had to reschedule my appointment due to an urgent situation, and the stylist herself was very nice. However, the curly cut itself was a disappointing experience. I paid $255 plus tax for a specialist to fix an uneven DIY cut and give me a trim. Instead, she cut off a massive amount of length, taking away eons of growth—my hair went from navel-length when stretched to barely past my chest. My stylist Lauren was great! She asked the right questions and after she was done explained everything she did. I walked out of there very happy with the results.
The salon is OK but is quite overpriced for the quality of services.
