Worst apartment management and maintenance ever. Rent from them at your peril. There are drug dealers and worse that are living here but if you ask them to do any maintenance they will refuse to renew your lease.
Currently live at Penny Lane Mews and the owners do not keep up on the trash pick up. Every two months our dumpsters are full and stay that way for days and even more than a week. The smell is horrible and now that summer is here its a health hazzard. I have already seen roachs in the laundry room. Also the owners arent concerned about people who shouldnt live here to stay here.
Dont know what everyone is complaining about they let you stay here when you dont pay your rent or utilities let people stay here when they arent on the lease and people stay out all night drinking and hootin and hollerin it all hours dont move here keep going to another apartment
Penny Lane has not changed in 2 years. The owners do not care.
Im a current resident. Previous review was pretty much on target. If you want to live here, its the cheapest in Gahanna. That says a lot both ways. The good: cheap. in gahanna schools and easy access to freeways, easton, airport. The bad: no landscaping, Kitchens are tiny. Very few break-ins, poor management, jimmy-rigged maintenance repairs, but repairs are repairs! Dont even waste you time looking at Penny Lane. Nothing gets fixed!!! The carpets havent been changed in like 10 years, when you walk through most of the townhouses, you step on multiple tack strips. The kitchens are NASTY, no matter how much you clean, it doesnt look any better!! The company doesnt pay their bills esp. their trash bill. We have had numerous occasions that our trash has been overflowed out of ALL of the dumpsters into the street. I am a current resident at Penny Lane and its okay. The people are nice and I feel pretty safe. Good location too.
