I would express caution before working with Penny Murray, or Penny Lane Home Builders, on any projects as she elected to not pay her bills with our company in the tens of thousands of dollars. I have reached out to her multiple times over the last 18+ months seeking resolution. After receiving promises and empty commitments that were not followed through on, she now will not respond to my calls. My last recourse is to warn others before this happens to them!
“Working with Penny has been great! This was NOT an easy project! We had an old pole-barn on the property that we thought was going to be a teardown, but she managed to shore it up structurally and it became a great guesthouse and workshop.
