My whole family goes to Dr. Penny. She takes her time with the kids and make sure they are comfortable and she very patient with them. Appointments are on Mondays for the Little Rock Office. But worth it. You can also go into Sams club to select your frames as well.

Dr. Griggs is an excellent optometrist. She takes good notes and quickly recalls what we discussed at previous visits. She is very kind, patient, and listens intently. I have been seeing her for over 2 years and have consistently had pleasant experiences with her and her office staff. I've also used multiple insurance providers without any billing issues. I would recommend her to anyone I know.

My family really loves Dr. Griggs. My beef is with reception (PineBluff office)telling my husband that they accept VSP. What they DIDNT tell him was most important. Dr is out of network, thus 60.00 more. Big difference from the copay being 10.00 a piece. Won't do it again....

Dr. Penny Freshour Griggs is a kind and caring Optometrist. Her exams are very thourough, her prices are affordable for those without insurance and she accepts many types of insurance. I would reccomend Dr. Penny to all my family friends.
