My 5-year-old has attended the Penny Creek Kindercare since 2024, and my toddler joined him in 2025. We've been very happy with the directors/admin, and most of the teachers have been great. We love that they are only closed for a few holidays during the year, which was the main draw for us. They do seem to move the older kids around to different classrooms throughout the day a lot, which is a bit strange but not a deal-breaker. As a dad whose daughter goes here, I am glad to be welcomed every time I pick her up by the wonderful staff. Her teacher is always friendly and tells me all about her day. Wonderful center.
I am writing this review in the perspective of Grandma. I love to see all the pictures my Granddaughter who is an infant playing and smiling throughout the day. Her teacher also make sure that there is videos of her developmental milestones.
After doing a lot of school tours in this area I chose Kindercare at penny creek. The first thing that I noticed when I walked in was how clean it was compared to other dc that I had visited. That left me with good impression. My daughter was very shy and introverted so I was very nervous to send her to dc. To my surprise she didn’t cry even on the first day. My son has attended for nearly 3 years. He loves it and hates when he misses a day. His teachers genuinely love him. I love that they push him on an individual level and meet him where he's at! He's nonverbal and autistic and I've never had concerns with his day because teachers are always happy to share updates in the app and in person.
