I would never recommend this location to a family member or a friend. The director and teachers are unprofessional, avoidant, and truly don’t care. My son got bit 3 times in one day and I came home to the shock of bruises on my child body. When I called the location to figure out what happened it took the staff days to respond to me. It took 10 days for the director to set up a meeting with me and through it all the failed to file an incident report. I am a former parent of a child who attended toddler classes at KinderCare Penny Creek, and I feel compelled to share my deeply negative experience with this location. The level of professionalism displayed by the teachers in the toddler rooms was shocking and disappointing. The way they interacted with each other, parents, and even fellow staff members, all in front of the children, was unacceptable. Everyone has been mostly positive. Front desk and teachers respond to messages. Not much solid learning. Security is fine.un Lunch is really meh and my child hates the lunches there 80% of time. I would recommend.
