If I could give this lady ZERO stars, I would.... she will not REPRESENT you AT ALL nor does she care. Avoid this lady at all costs... even if she’s the last realtor on earth. We lived in Champions Park and saw quite a few of her signs around the neighborhood, so thought to ourselves, “ehhh why not?” The worst decision we made. We’ve NEVER met her in person and the only time I saw her was when she came to put her sign on our home (saw her through our Ring doorbell), after that, MIA. Penny Clissold was suppose to represent me as my sellers agent. She did nothing at all to represent the sale of my home. When it came to disclosure of documents Penny stated, “all I am is an agent”. She tricked me and I end up paying for the buyers & the sellers. She did not even come to closing. DO NOT allow her to scam you !!!!
