Moving into a home should be exciting or atleast for the first month! My experience has been just the opposite! I used the inspectors my realtor knew because I was new at buying a home! After moving in I cant even use my sink! I cant cook! It also backs into basement which i had two inspections that should have caught that and paid hundreds for those just to move in amd have to spend 600+ on plumbers right away!
