After owning my home I stand by my first review! Please please use your own inspections! This home has caused us so many problems and finacially draining our savings. These things could have been prevented had we not been so excited and trusting! Everything I had concerns and voiced that were pushed under the rug have become problems for us! Moving into a home should be exciting or atleast for the first month! My experience has been just the opposite! I used the inspectors my realtor knew because I was new at buying a home! After moving in I cant even use my sink! I cant cook! It also backs into basement which i had two inspections that should have caught that and paid hundreds for those just to move in amd have to spend 600+ on plumbers right away!
