I would not recommend moving into Pennwick Terrace apartments. The landlord or should I say apartment manager is probably as bad as they get. He never wants to fix anything; if something stops working he blames the problem on your use, not the fact that the apartments are over 20 years old. You have to be lucky to get a hold of him by phone if you are a frequent caller his wife screens his calls and you will be lucky to receive a return phone call.
