Rude management , act as if they are high and mighty
We lived at Pennwick Terrace for a little over three years. During our time there, the neighborhood is good and rent is fairly affordable. However, the property manager, AK, is terrible. There were many times that he came into our apartment unannounced with no warning. I would be asleep upstairs and hear him INSIDE my apartment opening up cabinets.
