DO NOT USE! Our circuit board was brand new. We bought it from the supply house for less than $300. A tech came out, damaged it and said we needed a new one. Naturally they had to provide theirs. The incompetence at this company is off the charts. They will not give you an itemized invoice because they don't want you to see how bad you're being ripped off. 6 months later I ask if I can find out what was warrantied. They send me an invoice that shows they charged $664 for the part. Paying that much for a part your tech damage... read more
I scheduled online for Monday (today is Thursday). Less than an hour later- they called me and said let’s move you up to this afternoon, based on the problem I listed on the booking. Everyone today was great!
James serviced my AC. Did a great job. Kund and courteous. He advised me on how to fix my screen door. All was greatly appreciated. 5+ stars
