First, Von (sp?) was great in scheduling the service call. She texted and left a message which really helped me. Second, Charles, the contractor that was sent arrived on time. They sent a picture of who would be arriving so I knew in advance. Charles was very professional. He worked efficiently and answered every one of my many questions. I believe he provided expert advice. His suggestions were presented it in a way we understood. This company was just exceptional!!!
Chris was super professional, super helpful. He was only out here a few minutes and figured out what the problem was. Explained how the whole deal is going to work out and gave helpful tips about the new furnace that was installed by another contractor as well
