Technician arrived early within given time frame. They were courteous, knowledgeable, and able to explain the maintenance done to the HVAC & mini-split system in a way I could easily understand. That's why we have worked exclusively with PennTech since moving to Missouri 10 years ago.

First, Von was great in scheduling the service call. She texted and left a message which really helped me. Second, Charles, the contractor that was sent arrived on time. This has been edited because the installation crew also needs some great praise. The company sent a picture of who would be arriving, so I knew in advance.
