RecommendedAll of the staff has been amazing and gone above and beyond to make not only my cat comfortable but myself in this emergency situation. Special thanks to Alanna and Dr. Joe! I've been on the phone with them this week more than my own mother and they have been nothing but patient and kind.
The staff really care about and for animals...even the difficult ones. They take time and never feel like they are rushing you thru. Unlike some clinics, they do not push you to do treatments that aren't necessary.

I had to bring my 13 year old dorkie to them on short notice to have him humanely euthanized. Dr. Leppanen and his staff were AMAZINGLY COMPASSIONATE with what I was going through. The vet was honest, yet still caring and allowed my baby to go peacefully. I will be using their clinic from now on, as I've done rescue for 13 years and I can't see myself going anywhere else. Thank you Pensylvania Vet for all you do! ❤
They were able to take an appointment for my cat with short notice. He had become very ill but I could tell he would be in good hands. When it became apparent that it was time to say goodbye, Dr Joe and the staff were very warm and supportive through something so difficult. It may take some time before I'm ready for another cat but without a doubt this is where I would be taking my cat and I would recommend them to anyone.
I have always been pleased with the level of service provided by Penn Veterinary Care. The staff is very friendly and treats each animal with kindness and concern. Highly recommend.
I love this facility! They are very caring, courteous, and professional. They helped me with an emergency my cat had, and quickly resolved it. He is now on a special diet, and they truly care with follow ups etc. Thank you Dr. Joe and staff!!! -Scott Flones
