They are super friendly and very professional. They assist the driver any way the can. I highly recommend them if you're the Reading, PA area.
Took my truck for transmission and a/c problem. They fix my transmission but not the a/c problem because I had bought it from somewhere else. The next day I noticed a headlight out, replaced the bulb and it did not work. I checked the fuse box and someone at Bergeys had taken the fuse off. I called them to take to the manager but got the run around, probably I was transfer to someone else and not the manager. I would never take any truck to them.
Great service from Service advisor Aaron, Technician Stephen and the service manager . Addressed my concerns on my 2017 VNL with great care and professionalism.
Every one hear in all departments have been very curtiace help full and went over and beyond for me only have been knowing them for only one week. Like we've know each other for years.. TOP NOTCH.
