Just completely awful. I actually loaded their two 100gal tanks we had been renting off of them and dropped them off 3 weeks ago because they had not come to fill them after numerous phone calls over a 4 month period. There was always an excuse. People depend on them for fuel to keep warm during the cold months and they just plain don't deliver. I know for a fact that they make sure they deliver to the ski resorts and keep them happy. It's a shame the little people have to suffer... I hope no nice little old ladies died beca... read more
Initially found a little difficult to work with related to LiHEAP. However, I believe it may have been related to communication between LiHEAP and the Fuel Company. Once things were ironed out, so to say, delivery was fine. The misfortune, I suffered without propane fuel for just over 1 week. Simply not a good thing! But two thumbs up to Drew the delivery person. He was great to work with during the initial delivery and set up. Thanks, Drew!
Nicest, most helpful people you will ever meet. Everyone from the office to the delivery people. Helpful and caring. I recommend this company to everyone. Thank you Pa propane for all you did for me.
