Wonderful place to live I moved in about 2 and half weeks ago and so far we love it here. The property managers are really nice and helpful! They have a food truck come every Thursday night! Our apartment is very spacious and we feel safe. Very convenient location, close to everything you need. Quiet area. Had to call maintenance about a light switch and they were very prompt and got it fixed right away!

Overall, it was good - not great Here I'll try to describe a comprehensive review of my approximately year-long lease at Londontown Apartments. Apartment: I loved the wood floors, the ceiling fan was fantastic, and having the pantry space was nice. However, the stove being not full sized (not all apartments are like this) presented some difficulties when cooking. Don’t do it !! The apartments are nice and affordable but the staff and everything that goes on at this pace makes it not worth it ! My roommate had her car stolen from here and the people on the building right in front of us had their car stolen from here too There’s vandalism going on cars constantly and the staff is never helpful they demand a lot from their tenants but don’t do much in return You don’t sign a lease which means that they can give you a “30 day no cause no reason notice “which means you have to move out at... read more

My apartment This apartment has wood floors and is very neighbor friendly. It is great with everything built in including desks and drawers and shelves in the two rooms. The only thing I don't like is that it is close to the train tracks. Also I have to keep bugging management in order to get things done.

Bang for your buck This is a great place to live if you want a little bit of everything! The apartments themselves are pretty nice; not luxurious or anything (not that that'd be helpful to us UCD students) but as the title says, you get definitely get a bang for your buck. Hardwood floors, tile kitchen floor, faux marble countertop. No carpet anywhere, which makes cleaning so much easier.
