Pennsylvania Place provides excellent quality care in a very friendly environment. They truly care about their tenants, staff, and families. This is a place to call home!
I can’t say enough good things about Pennsylvania Place! I had the pleasure of working there for many years before moving out of state and also visiting my grandmother while she lived there. The staff are incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely treat every resident like family. I can't say enough GREAT things about Pennsylvania Place in Ottumwa, Iowa. My mom was so happy living there. The years she spent there were amongst the best of her life. In her words, "I finally don't have to cook or clean unless I want to." I know her favorite part of lunches were Chef Mike's homemade soups - I think he had 30 different kinds - and they were all delicious!
