Absolutely unprofessional and terrible at his job! First off they put the numbing cream on my gum and then instantly and I mean instantly stuck the novocaine needle in my gums, your supposed to let the numbing gel work first I mean atleast a minute or 2, they waited literally 3 seconds if that! So he shoves the needles really deep and stabs around with it and he hit a nerve with the needle and my whole mouth shocked in pain and then when he went to pull the tooth I still had pain so he gave me a 3rd novacaine but didn’t wait... read more
need better staff, communication skills and bad attitude issues. they do not care if you have a disability they just want their money. shouldn’t haven taken a job if you can’t treat people properly and professionally.
