I had an appointment for a consult regarding two impacted wisdom teeth that have been causing me a lot of pain. Despite having a referral from my PCP on file, a paper referral from my dentist, insurance, and significant pain symptoms, I was told the doctor would not see me. My husband had a Bone Graft procedure done at the Collegeville Campus of PAOMS(PA Oral Surgery and Dental Implants). We were told there was 24 hr answering service for emergencies. The day after the surgery, my husband realized he had not received an antibiotic prescription like he had received in the past, so he makes a day time call, during business hours with this concern. I want to start with actual Wisdom Teeth removal and the surgery part and follow up was wonderful....Ok for the part that was not cool we scheduled back in January and gave them our Health Coverage and Dental Plan to see what was covered....We never received a follow up call regarding any cost upon arrival for my Daughters appointment they demanded $3000 payment. I am not a person that trying to get out of paying anything but that is BULLSHIT......I run a business myself and it doesn't matter how good you are a t what you do... read more
