l have been receiving care at Pennsylvania Hospital for head and neck cancer at the radiation oncology department. l called for help on Sunday morning (9/12/2021) and the operator (who would only identify himself as “Steve” and declined —- even when politely pressed—- to offer his last name) initially refused to pass my phone number along to the on-call physician there for cancer patients undergoing radiology treatment.
